One Pan Meal #4.. Lemon & Salmon

Instead of a one-pot meal, today we are doing a tray bake! Wonderful for a taste of the upcoming summer season, lemon and salmon are two of my favorite flavors. Paired with asparagus and peas, all cooked together it blends incredibly with each bite. Asparagus is one of my favorite vegetables, but if you aren’t a fan, you can easily replace them with whole green beans or even zucchini! This bake is easy, fast, and clean! If you’d like something resembling a starch to serve with this dish, cauliflower rice is easy to find and even easier to cook! A great addition to most meals, you could always make a big pot and save it in the fridge, and add to your desire. Enjoy!
