One Mug Meal #12: Easy Breakfast

With summer comes more hours in the day, and more plans for burning daylight. If you find yourself in a rush in the morning and no time to cook a traditional breakfast, try this incredible broccoli-and-egg mug meal! I personally love making these because they’re just so easy and delicious. Switching up the cheese and veggies makes it amazingly versatile – able to fit any morning cravings. If you choose not to use a microwave, you can always pop THIS MIXTURE into a casserole dish and throw it in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Yum!
