#8 Summer Mocktail with health benefits: Mint Mojito

Mint Mojito

Very simple to make without alcohol, mint mojitos seem to be a favorite all around the world. Starting with fresh mint leaves and fresh lime juice, put about 8-10 mint leaves at the bottom of a glass with one wedge of lime and muddle. Add three more lime wedges and a sweetener of your choice (agave goes well here), and muddle again. Fill the glass with ice and club soda, then garnish with lime and more mint leaves! Yum!

Mint not only takes care of your oral health, but is also great for beating nausea, helps with allergies and asthma, is good for your skin, wards off sickness and more!
