Summer Superfood Salad
- 1 cup Cooked Quinoa cooled
- 2 cups Kale stems removed and thinly sliced
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1/4 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese optional
- 3 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
