Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and ranch (or blue cheese) dressing until evenly coated.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, celery seed, salt, and pepper. Add the shredded coleslaw mix and toss until well coated. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. Assemble the Sliders:
    • Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping them attached.
    • Place the bottom half of the rolls in the baking dish.
    • Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom rolls.
    • Place the top half of the rolls on top.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, smoked paprika, and salt.Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the tops are golden brown and slightly crispy.
  7. Once the sliders are baked, carefully lift the top layer of rolls and add a generous scoop of the prepared coleslaw over the buffalo chicken. Place the tops back on and serve immediately.
