I’m one who always buys into advice from Navy Seals… why not?
It’s known by several terms, and is a simple technique that takes a few minutes at most.. it reduces stress and gets one centered. “It is my go-to before meetings to help me focus, when I am feeling overwhelmed to reset my calm, and even when I wake up in the middle of the night to fall back asleep.”
No matter what your situation is in life, we all have stress and we deal with it differently.
