#9 Summer Mocktail: Old Fashioned with Barley Tea

Old Fashioned

Slightly more complicated, this combines barley tea with all the ingredients you love from an old fashioned. To make the barley tea, steep one bag in 4 cups of water in the fridge for two hours. Put a sugar cube, one slice of orange, and two dashes of angostura bitters in the bottom of a glass and muddle. Fill the glass with ice, add two ounces of barley tea and stir. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and enjoy!

Barley tea is good for digestion, improves blood circulation, aids in weight loss, promotes sleep, improves bowel movements, reduces inflammation and more!
