Prepare the buffalo sauce: In a separate bowl, combine the hot sauce, melted butter or olive oil, honey if using, apple cider vinegar, cayenne pepper, and a pinch of salt and mix
Toss the baked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce, ensuring even coating
Serve and enjoy: arrange the bites on a serving platter. serve them with your choice of sauce and celery sticks
