Homemade Frosted Lemonade

Materials

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-5 lemons)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup water (adjust to desired consistency)
  • lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Blend until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Add the vanilla ice cream and ice cubes to the blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • If the mixture is too thick, add water in small increments until you achieve your preferred consistency.
  • Pour the Frosted Lemonade into glasses and garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.
  • Serve immediately, and enjoy this refreshing and tangy treat!
