Method
- In a medium-sized saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until hot but not boiling
- reduce the heat to low and add the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows to the pan
- stir continuously until melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy
- remove the pan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract
- assemble and serve: transfer the mixture to a serving bowl or fondue pot
- serve with graham crackers
