Ingredients

  • 1 bag Frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeno slices
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup guacamole (optional)
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • preheat your oven according to the instructions on the tater tots package
  • arrange the tots in a single layer on the baking sheet
  • bake the tater tots in the preheated oven until they are crispy and golden brown.
  • transfer them to an oven-safe serving dish or platter
  • sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots while they are still hot
  • evenly distribute the tomatoes, red onion, black olives, and pickled jalapenos over the melted cheese
  • garnish with cilantro
  • season with salt and pepper to taste
  • serve immediately while they are still warm

  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

  • 1/4 cup melted butter (or olive oil for a healthier alternative)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional, but adds sweetness)
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper, to taste
  • salt, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 450F (230C)
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, and seasonings to create a smooth batter
  • Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing any excess to drip off, then place it on the baking sheet
  • Bake the cauliflower in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown. Flip them halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Prepare the buffalo sauce: In a separate bowl, combine the hot sauce, melted butter or olive oil, honey if using, apple cider vinegar, cayenne pepper, and a pinch of salt and mix
  • Toss the baked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce, ensuring even coating

  • Frozen or homemade waffles quantity as desired

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • season the chicken tenders with salt and black pepper
  • place the chicken tenders in a bowl and cover them with buttermilk, allow them to marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator
  • prepare the waffles according to the package instructions or your preferred waffle recipe
  • coat and fry the chicken: in a shallow dish mix together the flour and seasonings
  • remove the chicken tenders from the buttermilk and let the excess drip off
  • dredge the chicken tenders in the flour mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated
  • in a deep skillet or pot, heat vegetable oil to 350F (175C) for frying
  • carefully place the coated chicken tenders in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side
  • transfer the fried chicken tenders to a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil
  • in a small bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha sauce, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to create the drizzle
  • place a cooked chicken tender on top of a warm waffle
  • drizzle the Sriracha honey mixture over the chicken and waffle
